About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations & Performance Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and sustainability to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the foundations of sales operations, including building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, and planning for budget.
  • Manage variable compensation models, targets, and attainment.
  • Execute and scale day-to-day operational processes, including defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, and reporting business results.
Your Impact
  • Contribute to our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and improving rep productivity.
  • Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Sales leadership team, highlighting best-performing regions and identifying drivers behind over and under-performance.
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis.
  • Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders (globally) and other cross-functional teams, influencing and providing thoughtful and well-argued challenges to achieve the best business solutions possible.
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools to foster a more structured management of our commercial activities, identifying gaps in functioning, building cases, and influencing stakeholders for improvements.
  • Effectively manage and be knowledgeable of the data, while also owning the overall sales strategy and planning deliverables, prioritizing main tasks that will add the most value to our business.
Requirements
  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis.
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM.
