The candidate should also have experience in managing company accounts and handling statutory compliance, statutory reporting, and accounting procedures up to finalization.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have familiarity with Service Tax, VAT, ESI, PF, and Income Tax.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage company accounts, including reconciliations and balance sheet maintenance.
- Perform account/bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and payroll administration.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Expertise in digital tools and strong documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using Tally Accounting Package.
- Experience in managing company accounts.
