About the team

The Global Onboarding team is responsible for creating, executing and adapting a learner-centered, experiential approach to a year-long program for all new employees.

What you'll do
  • Position Title: iXp Intern - Global Employee Onboarding
  • In this role, you'll: Assist with the production and facilitation of our onboarding live virtual immersive sessions, including utilizing Zoom features, monitoring chat, supporting technical issues, designing murals, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our new employees.
  • Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and developing key performance indicators for the onboarding program, identifying baseline skill data, and defining metrics to showcase the impact of the onboarding program.
  • You will also work closely with: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Advisors, and hiring managers to define the onboarding experience from the hiring manager perspective, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide a detailed plan for implementing changes.
