Role Description


We are seeking an individual to assume a key position in our infrastructure team, focusing on the maintenance and optimization of our technical systems.


This role is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our organization's business by maintaining the different technologies and systems that form our IS Infrastructure. Strong technical knowledge is required to execute regular IS basic tasks, provide branch/user support and troubleshooting, server room maintenance and administration, and create a community that promotes the sharing of best ideas and practices.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills/vocation and have good time management and task prioritization abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, as well as knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends.


Key responsibilities include:

  • To execute Regular IS Basic Tasks (KTLO)
  • To provide branch / user support and troubleshooting
  • Server room maintenance and administration (including backups)
  • Create a community that promotes the sharing of best ideas and practices and be a catalyst in promoting global consistency
  • Automation & Innovation (including PowerShell)
  • Procurement, Asset management, and Inventory
  • Aud io/visual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Telecom administration and maintenance
  • Administration of Expeditors Proprietary Applications
  • Administration of 3rd Party Systems
  • Capacity utilization and planning
  • Helpdesk administration
  • Training
  • Disaster recovery & high availability
  • Cybersecurity
