We are seeking a senior director to spearhead our brand marketing efforts in Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader who can shape the brand from the ground up and drive business growth.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all brand, creative, and integrated marketing efforts across Brazil. Your role will involve defining our brand voice, growing awareness, driving adoption, and building trust with users and the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy for Brazil.
  • Define our brand positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team across brand, campaigns, CRM, social, and other areas.
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns that combine ATL, BTL, digital, social, and in-app media.
  • Localize global strategies while deeply embedding cultural relevance and user insight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, PR/Comms, and other teams.
About You
  • A seasoned brand and marketing leader (10–15+ years), ideally with experience launching or scaling consumer platforms or marketplaces in Brazil.
  • Proven track record of leading brand teams, agencies, and integrated campaigns.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer and media landscape.
  • Experience working in startups, tech, or O2O platforms is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communicator in Portuguese and English.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification in marketing or a related field is a plus.
