Job Summary:

The Legal Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting our operations by efficiently managing contracts, streamlining 3PL partner onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Contract Management: This involves drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts between us and local 3PL partners. Collaboration with legal teams is crucial to localize and optimize standard contract templates, track contract performance, and identify potential compliance risks.
  • Onboarding & Qualification: The end-to-end onboarding process includes document collection, qualification screening, due diligence, and record-keeping. A robust 3PL database should be built and maintained with complete and up-to-date documentation.
  • Compliance & Risk Control: Enforcement of MEI (Microentrepreneur) compliance policies is essential, along with educating 3PL partners on related requirements. Assistance with routine audits on 3PL contracts and riders is also necessary.
