Owner Relations Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Owner Relations Specialist to join our team. As the main liaison between homeowners and internal teams, this role is responsible for handling homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners through timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage homeowner interactions and follow-ups in a proactive and organized manner.
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
