This position is focused on safety, health, and environmental programs.
The role requires leadership skills to manage SHEA activities and maintain compliance with location and Flowserve standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate safety training for all employees in the areas of Safety Health & Environmental matters.
- Investigate and record work-related injuries and/or illnesses, provide statistical analysis, and assist department management in the development of effective health and safety countermeasures.
- Conduct monthly workplace safety audits and establish measurable standards from which further recommendations can be made.
Requirements:
- Experience within Health, Safety and Environmental.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral, written and organizational skills.
- Exceptional computer skills.
