Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Otis and other brand elevators
- Anticipate potential technical scenarios and propose solutions to prevent issues
- Provide exceptional service to clients by prioritizing their needs and addressing concerns promptly
- High school education and technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics
- Knowledge of safety protocols and certification in NR10 and NR35
- Experience in elevator maintenance and customer service is highly desirable
