We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to join our Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. This role will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Employee Connection team based in Brazil, ensuring seamless execution of HR services and data management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the processing of HR employee data transactions within Workday HCM, including position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, and data corrections.
- Audit and analyze data to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert in meetings and on special projects related to Employee Connection.
- Provide primary support for P&C teams in Brazil and secondary support to LATAM regional teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources administrative experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities from a global entertainment environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of work experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish preferred).
- Strong skills in process improvements, problem-solving, and initiative-taking.
- Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels.
