
Senior Proposal Manager

A senior professional is required to lead the development of world-class proposals to major accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple proposals in a high-performance environment, ensuring that the final proposal meets operational goals and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project deliverables from start to finish
- Oversee project management and content control
- Analyze customer requirements documents and develop project schedules and outlines/templates to control project development
- Facilitate project strategy, win themes & strategic business writing
- Implement process and quality control
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging
- Maintain compliance with customer's requirements and deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in project development (or related discipline) with demonstrated track record of success and progression of responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; basic English is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships at all levels and across organizations
Working Environment:
This role is primarily done in a reactive environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with fast turnaround times.
