Product Manager Senior

A chance to lead the development and evolution of digital solutions focused on clinical efficiency, demand generation, customer conversion or other fronts that make up the Productivity Mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led a team to develop and implement digital solutions that improve clinical efficiency, generate demand, and convert customers.
  • Conducted structured discovery with users and stakeholders, transforming learnings into prioritized decisions and high-impact deliveries.
  • Defined, monitored, and evolved product KPIs and OKRs, focusing on real value generation for doctors and business results for Afya.
  • Worked closely with engineering, design, CX, marketing, and sales teams to ensure deliverables were viable, consistent, and aligned with strategy.
  • Explored and scaled AI usage as a competitive differentiator in clinical experiences, automations, personalizations, or copilots.
  • Balanced innovation with reliability, ensuring continuous product evolution at various levels of maturity.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience leading complex digital products with direct impact on end-users, especially in B2B, SaaS, or multiple simultaneous flows contexts.
  • Historic ownership throughout the product lifecycle - from discovery to launch and growth - with measurable outcomes at scale.
  • Practical experience or strategic direction of products with AI components applied to user experience (e.g., copilots, automations, assisted generation), with practical understanding of technical viability and business impact.
  • Firm grasp of structured discovery processes, capacity to validate hypotheses, model impact, and make decisions based on real trade-offs between value, effort, and risk.
  • Autonomy in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to ground decisions, define success metrics, and prioritize focus on results.
  • Proficiency in modern product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Miro, Productboard, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), with a focus on turning data into decisions.
