Job Description

As a skilled Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships in LATAM. You will serve as the first point of contact for new merchants and provide guidance to ensure they receive the best solution that meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical service to drive customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
  • Develop product and technical knowledge to assess and guarantee quality for our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by expanding current relationships with customers and developing new products and operations.
  • Analyze prospects' business and technical requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize products for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Foster and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and own the technical relationship with customers.
  • Monitor the progress of product integration and ramp up efforts to ensure successful outcomes.
