Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team of cybersecurity professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by developing and executing customer success plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success or a related field, with strong knowledge of Microsoft security and productivity solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance on Microsoft security and productivity solutions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft security and productivity solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
