Job Title: Customer Success Manager

A key role for driving customer success in cybersecurity, strengthening the relationship between adaQuest and clients across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies, maximizing customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft, and building strong, long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with leads and prospects interested in cybersecurity services.
  • Conduct assessments and propose tailored solutions based on the Microsoft Security portfolio.
  • Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive Customer Success practices.
Collaboration with Microsoft:
  • Partner closely with Microsoft teams in the U.S., Latin America, and Brazil.
  • Execute joint initiatives and align with Microsoft's global Security strategy.
  • Represent as a trusted cybersecurity partner within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Cybersecurity Focus:
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft Defender Suite, Entra, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies.
  • Guide customers in strengthening their security and compliance posture.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable, security-focused outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience building and managing strategic customer and partner relationships in the Microsoft Partner Program ecosystem and/or being an MSP.
  • Customer Success Management or Cybersecurity Consulting, ideally in professional services.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Purview, Intune, Sentinel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship management skills in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
