We are seeking a strategic and results-driven business development professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for growth, deepen relationships with target agents/wholesalers, and expand distribution through focused channels.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents to develop distribution strategies for assigned regions.
- Segment existing agents and field territories, allocate resources accordingly, with a focus on target partners.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher. Industry Designations Preferred
- 5 - 10 years Commercial Lines Business Development/Sales Management experience required, Professional Lines or Property & Casualty experience preferred
