Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Professional to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals who have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in group or corporate accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the corporate sector. They will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts, and negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. You should also have strong negotiation and closing abilities, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite, and outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corporate sector
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in group or corporate accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and purchasing processes
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Sales certifications are preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
