Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Establish and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Monitor and optimize performance against key performance indicators such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
Requirements:
- Proven pipeline management skills with a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
