Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Establish and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Monitor and optimize performance against key performance indicators such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals

Requirements:

  • Proven pipeline management skills with a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
