Role Description:

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting strategic sales calls – leading personalized meetings, using consultative approaches to identify needs and offer solutions. Register details in the CRM. All calls must be recorded and stored on the company's Drive, both for security reasons and to facilitate review and refinement of the approach.
- Following up with leads – sending personalized messages (email, WhatsApp, or phone), using CRM information to ensure continuous follow-up throughout the sales funnel.
- Conducting active sales calls – focusing on selling products with a ticket price up to $697 dollars.
- Managing CRM – registering interactions, updating lead status, annotating objections, and prioritizing opportunities to ensure complete information.
- Documenting in CRM – detailed summaries of calls and lead status registered and accessible (registering insights, objections, and lead status, maintaining alignment with the commercial team and facilitating collective follow-up).
- Providing Strategic Support to the Sales Team – sharing information about leads, suggesting strategies, discussing common objections, and aligning next actions with the commercial team.
- Negotiations and Closures – using consultative techniques to personalize offers and overcome objections, ensuring empathy and clarity before concluding the sale.
- Participating in Weekly Meetings with the Team – aligning goals, strategies, and weekly evolutions.
- Maintaining an Organized Sales Routine – following daily activity flows, prioritizing follow-ups, and ensuring consistency in results based on the following parameters:
Requirements and Qualifications:
- CRM (Clint, Kommo CRM, or similar)
- Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, dynamic tables)
- Collaboration tools (Notion, ClickUp, Google Drive)
- Office Suite
- Knowledge in consultative sales techniques
- Basic knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT and similar)
Soft Skills:
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to conduct negotiations strategically and assertively, dealing with objections and closing sales efficiently.
- Persuasive Communication: Clarity and empathy in interacting with clients, demonstrating confidence in presenting solutions.
- Organization: Maintaining rigorous records in CRM and Notion, ensuring information alignment.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to build trust and relationships with leads.
- Resilience: Persistence in the face of objections and focus on achieving results.
