Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating trusted partnerships with leaders, managing complex employee matters, providing targeted coaching on performance and talent development, and shaping organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  2. Facilitate leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels
  3. Oversee labor and employee relations issues
  4. Consolidate and analyze critical HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition, fill rates)
  5. Manage employee services such as shuttle transportation and food services
  6. Develop continuous improvement plans for employee experience
  7. Design and execute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs
A Day in the Life
  • Work with a team of HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees
  • Lead the reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals
  • Participate in daily meetings with the Operations team and support areas
  • Monitor workforce planning meetings
  • Conduct 'Gemba' walks and monitor operational processes on the shop floor
  • Monitor labor and employee relations trends and risks
  • Participate in Brazil PXT Operations team meetings, reporting metrics
  • Lead PXT and multidisciplinary projects beyond your work unit
  • Promote an inclusive environment through programs, initiatives, and affinity groups
  • Support employee inquiries and routine HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and benefits
  • Train and develop leadership decision-making skills
  • Collaborate across organizational levels to prioritize employee experience and customer obsession
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience in subsystems
  • Experience supporting large operational groups (factories, warehouses, call centers)
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Willingness to work 100% on-site, with flexibility during peak periods
  • Experience in HR within manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sectors
  • Masters or Post-Degree preferred
  • Data Analytics skills and knowledge of BI tools
