Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our business partners to develop and implement financial service packages that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Drive business and process transformation projects to improve revenue growth, efficiency, and optimization of our programs.
  • Provide presales support to our business and cross-functional teams to assist in serving our customers.
  • Educate and address queries and concerns on customer finance options with our business, cross-functional teams, and customers.
  • Act as a facilitator to work with our business on potential deals, providing tools to win deals that address customer-specific needs.
  • Create dedicated financial service packages to support the sales process.
  • Attend customer meetings upon business request.
  • Provide training and support on the use of SalesForce to incorporate financing options into quotes.
  • Support Customer Care on handling different financing options in SAP for order processing.
  • Train and advise the Business, Customer Care, and Finance on process and accounting treatment of different finance options.
  • Deal structuring of MI Self Finance, control of margins and breakeven point, and ensure that deals meet governance criteria.
  • Drive monthly business reviews and provide monthly reporting on revenue and commission, project updates, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Business, and Finance to track recovery of printers at the end of the lease term and ensure proper disposal and accounting treatment.
  • Define, deploy, and document processes and controls related to customer financing, ensuring global standardization and alignment with corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer finance and project management.
  • Inherent training and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, assets depreciation, cash flow, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Enhanced SAP knowledge, specifically in the FI, CO, and SD module.
  • Experience with SalesForce.
  • Proficient and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in customer finance, loan structuring, and credit management.
  • Analytical skills to identify and propose appropriate business and customer financing solutions.
  • Team player with excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
