We are seeking a talented Sales Director to lead our expansion into the Brazilian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and rapidly growing our sales operations in Brazil.

About the Role:

You will report to our Senior Sales Manager and will be responsible for setting objectives for your team, creating sales plans, analyzing data, and contributing to the company's growth. You will also be responsible for leading your team to reach sales targets, establishing the strategy, and providing guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set objectives for your team and create sales plans to drive growth.
  2. Lead your team to reach sales targets and establish the strategy for success.
  3. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team in Brazil.
  4. Drive engagement and connection across the team.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in sales, with 3+ years in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.
  2. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (a plus but not required).
  3. Industry experience in business management software for small and medium-sized companies (Human Resources Tech a plus).
  4. Experience in sales hiring processes and a strong network of sales reps to join your team.
  5. Training process: Sales methodology knowledge to achieve fast sales ramp-up and revenue growth.
  6. Lead by example, with strong sales capabilities and a goal achiever.
  7. Willingness to spend several weeks at our Barcelona, Spain HQ to train and meet the team.
