The Commercial Head, Accounts role is a senior leadership position focused on developing and executing national account strategies to drive access, growth, and partnerships with key health systems, addiction treatment centers, and government entities.
Job Summary:This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to join our organization and drive business success by leading the design and execution of account segmentation, targeting, and engagement models.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and therapeutic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution and maximize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop long-term strategies that drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive commercial/sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry as well as leadership experience.
- Proven success in leading national account teams and driving access in complex healthcare environments.
