Marine Recovery Claims Handler

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to manage marine recovery claims against diverse opponents for various types of cargo. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an insurance company, law firm, or related field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling claims involving different parties, analyzing the factual elements of a specific case, elaborating and submitting reports promptly, and negotiating settlements with claimants or third parties.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, OAB desired, and a minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field. Fluency in English is mandatory, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Responsibilities:
