Job Title:

A skilled administrator is needed to manage cargo documentation processes, ensuring efficient vessel berthing and safe loading/unloading of cargo.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for receipt and cross-checking of cargo documents, preparing export Bills of Lading, and providing information regarding cargo arrival to consignees and shippers. They will also ensure timely issuance and release of Bills of Lading, guaranteeing vessel berthing, and inputting cargo information into Customs and Company systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Siscomex, Mercante, PSP, and Portal Único

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
