Job Overview

This is a leadership position responsible for guiding the configuration team in creating product implementations within the CPQ-FPX configurator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configuration Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and support to the configuration team, ensuring timely completion of product implementation projects.
  • Product Configuration Development: Collaborate with project leaders to develop product configurations, meeting commercial and operational demands.
  • Implementation Plans and Design Solutions: Create and implement plans for product configuration, leading the configurator team in developing interfaces and logical rules.
  • Bills of Materials and Technical Specifications: Prepare and/or change bills of materials and technical specification matrices to ensure required specifications and quality standards.
  • PDM-FPX Interface Management: Manage the PDM-FPX interface and activities related to CPQ, including bill of materials creation and item registration.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams, balancing workload to meet SLA commitments.
  • RCA Investigations and Non-Conformity Dispositions: Lead RCA investigations and manage non-conformity dispositions related to the Bill of Materials.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Improvement: Perform data and statistical analyses to drive continuous performance improvement.
