Job Summary:
A dynamic leadership opportunity has arisen within our Medtech division. We seek an exceptional professional to lead the Regional Distribution organization, focusing on strategic and operational oversight of Deliver operations.

About This Role:
This key position will be responsible for driving a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the transformation of Deliver operations towards reliable and best-in-class logistics services.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure reliable supply chain operations in alignment with segment priorities
- Foster operational efficiencies through robust metrics and process improvements
- Promote standardization and methodologies' implementation across all country operations
- Provide guidance and strategic direction to distribution organizations in LATAM markets
- Monitor execution of S&OP plans and prepare, execute, and continuously monitor Deliver P&L

Key Interfaces:
- Segment Deliver: Alignment with regional segment deliver lead on segment priorities
- GDEx/RDEx: Assess operational maturity and define continuous improvement priorities
- Compliance: Jointly focus on creating competitive advantage through quality and compliance

Objectives:
- Enabling execution of reliable day-to-day operations within Distribution and 3PL Management
- Ensuring quality and compliance; creating scale and leverage within Medtech

Qualifications:
- Min. 15 years in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines
- Experience in at least one of the following transportation/operations/warehousing functions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Business fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Demonstrated capability in 3PL management and core transportation and warehouse systems
