Job Description:

This senior-level position involves driving the development, rollout, and optimization of digital capability training across all functions. The ideal candidate will analyze training needs, design impactful content, integrate it into new and existing learning platforms, and drive global scaling of training initiatives.

The role requires working closely with regional teams to ensure seamless execution, coordination with external partners, and continuous monitoring and updating of training materials based on product evolution, feedback, and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include delivering training sessions, facilitating workshops, and providing hands-on guidance and onboarding sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation, training/learning, or change management
  • Proven experience in Digital Capability Development, Learning & Development, or Change Management, ideally in a corporate or global context
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and their applications across business functions
  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development, including e-learning and blended approaches
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across levels and geographies
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about empowering others through knowledge and transformation
