We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales performance in Brazil, leading a small team of Field Sales Representatives, and ensuring restaurants successfully adopt our platform.
">Job Description:">- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets;
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives (BDs), ensuring consistent performance and professional growth;
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities;
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in restaurant SaaS, POS, or delivery platform industries;
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience;
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Fluent Portuguese; advanced English required.
