
Strategic Growth Manager

The opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our business through innovative strategic partnerships and commercial relationships is now available. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive business expansion in key regions, leveraging your expertise in cross-border payments, FX markets, and FinTech solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing strategic partnerships with key industry players to drive business growth
- Developing and negotiating commercial deals that meet the needs of both parties
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective deal execution
- Identifying opportunities for business expansion and developing strategies to capitalize on them
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic business development or deal-making/closing
- 10+ years of experience in cross-border/ international payments, FX, crypto, or similar FinTech/financial services experience
- 5-7+ years of experience leading deal teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter skills
- Proactive with drive and energy to deliver results independently
