Trade Compliance Manager

We are seeking a professional responsible for conducting import and export operations with a focus on tax and customs compliance. Direct interface with accounting, tax, and logistics areas is required to ensure correct tax classification and the utilization of tax benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor import and export processes from pick-up to customs clearance.
- Prepare and review shipping and commercial documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.).
- Ensure proper accounting and tax treatment of international operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience in import/export routines and special regimes.
- Solid knowledge of tax accounting applied to foreign trade.
- Proficiency in tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, II) and customs regulations.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, or similar) and OSGT.
