Como Specialist Incident Manager, você ajudará a manter a estabilidade e disponibilidade de nossos sitemas e impactar diretamente a experiência de milhões de usuários.
**Seu Cardápio Diário**:
- Gerenciar incidentes e crises, liderando a comunicação, coordenação e tomada de decisões como Incident Manager.
- Identificar padrões, analisar causas-raiz e implementar ações para prevenir recorrência de incidentes e problemas críticos.
- Facilitar análises pós-incidentes, identificando causas-raiz, propondo melhorias e acompanhando a execução de planos de ação.
- Atuar como elo central entre equipes técnicas, negócios, jurídico, compliance e relações públicas, assegurando alinhamento completo durante crises.
- Conduzir e refinar processos críticos relacionados à gestão de crises e governança de incidentes, promovendo estabilidade operacional no longo prazo.
- Trabalhar com áreas de arquitetura e SRE para propor melhorias nos sistemas e fluxos de resposta a incidentes.
**Ingredientes Que Buscamos**:
- Disponibilidade para participar de plantões em horários deslocados (uma semana por mês), garantindo suporte contínuo e disponibilidade operacional.
- Comunicar com clareza, objetividade e empatia para interagir com times técnicos, líderes e stakeholders não técnicos.
- Demonstrar resiliência e adaptabilidade, para atuar em situações de incerteza durante incidentes.
- Mobilizar e coordenar pessoas durante crises, garantindo engajamento e foco.
- Estruturar fluxos, priorizar atividades e documentar aprendizados com excelência.
- Ter conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas, cloud computing (AWS) e boas práticas de engenharia.
- Conhecimento sólido em ITSM e processos ITIL (em especial Incident Management, Problem Management e Change Management).
**Para Realçar o Sabor**:
- Ter experiência em ambientes de alta criticidade e gestão de incidentes.
- Ter conhecimento em ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, etc.).
- Possuir inglês intermediário ou avançado para comunicação em contextos globais.
