About the Role

The Brand Marketing Associate role combines project coordination with client relationship management, acting as a bridge between internal teams and clients. This role supports smooth project execution by managing internal communication, task coordination, and ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.

Main Objectives
  1. Client Collaboration & Project Oversight:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and expectations.Translate these goals into clear tasks for the Brand Marketing Associate, ensuring smooth project execution.
  2. Internal Team Coordination:
    Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
  3. Communication & Task Management:
    Manage meetings with clients, ensuring clear action plans and next steps.Review and approve final deliverables before submission, making sure they meet client goals and expectations.
  4. Resource Planning & Problem Solving:
    Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring each one is progressing smoothly, with no delays or miscommunication.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, whether they relate to resources, deadlines, or client feedback.
  5. Strategic & Process-Oriented Thinking:
    Help shape the big-picture marketing strategy with the Senior team.
