Store Leadership Role

The Store Leader is a pivotal position responsible for guiding daily operations, including staff supervision and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets through leadership and guidance in sales planning, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
  • Promote tire and service offerings to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Support teammates in maintaining a productive sales environment by providing training and development opportunities.
  • Provide oversight and direction to technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Effectively manage staffing levels by handling recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and teammate development.
  • Maintain expense control through payroll, telephone usage, store maintenance, supplies, utilities, and other controllable expenses.
  • Oversee inventory management, including tire and part ordering, unloading, and stocking.
  • Audit courtesy inspections performed by teammates.
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, adhering to Monro standards.
  • Schedule appointments and assign tasks based on teammate skills for efficient completion of vehicle services.
  • Achieve sales goals by recommending products and promotions.
  • Address guest needs in sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
  • Built long-term relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Communicate repair and service needs effectively to guests.
  • Comply with company policies, Governmental standards, environmental codes, and ASNI/OSHA regulations.
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge and capabilities through timely completion of required training courses.
  • Operate equipment safely according to Monro and manufacturer guidelines.
