Job Description

The Risk Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into optimized flow processes under heavy reliance on automated credit processes.

The role involves optimizing manual decisioning processes, coordinating implementation and testing processes related to automated credit scoring.

This includes ensuring efficient and effective use of decisioning tools, liaising with various stakeholders, and proactively involving group functions to discuss improvements to the automated decision process.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the Credit Engine Tool works well across countries, supporting countries in identifying new data sources to improve digital processes, and designing, implementing and maintaining automated credit decisioning tools and processes.

  • Design, implement and maintain automated credit decisioning tools and processes;
  • Liaise and work together with various (international) stakeholders;
  • Proactively involve group functions to discuss and prioritize improvements to the automated decision process;
  • Ensure that the Credit Engine Tool is working well in all countries;
  • Support countries in identifying and obtaining new data sources to improve digital processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • SQL skills;
  • Python proficiency;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Knowledge of PowerBI;
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems efficiently;
