Master E-commerce Strategist

We are seeking a skilled e-commerce strategist to lead our efforts in enhancing user engagement and increasing conversions on Shopify.

About the Role:

  • Create and optimize data-driven CRO strategies to improve user experience and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain, analyze, optimize, and develop new site features and updates to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform performance issues promptly.
  • Configure Shopify apps and third-party integrations for maximum efficiency.

Project Management Expertise:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and adjust resources as needed.
  • Provide regular status updates and key metrics to stakeholders.

Technical Leadership Skills:

  • Evaluate third-party tools and APIs for seamless integration into the website.
  • Stay updated on Shopify features, updates, and industry trends to recommend site improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Foster effective communication and resolve problems across all project teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or web project management.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party tool integrations.
  • Expertise in CRO and SEO fundamentals.
