Job Overview

This role is a key support position for the Application Laboratory Coordinator, focusing on customer and project relations in the lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sample requests and arrange fragrance oil orders
  • Conduct physical-chemical measurements
  • Develop and update technical documentation under supervision
  • Purchase formulation preparation materials internally
  • Colour matching and recommend dyes to client requirements
  • Maintain standard lab equipment functionality and perform necessary upkeep
  • Communicate results promptly and accurately, recording details as needed
  • Assist with material administration and maintain laboratory organization
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained laboratory environment
Training and Mentorship
  • Support junior technicians, trainees, and colleagues
Academic Background

At least 5-7 years of relevant lab experience

Professional Experience

Familiarity with perfumery laboratory techniques
