Lead Manufacturing Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize operational functions to align with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and integration of operational activities.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to drive individual and team growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and tools, with hands-on experience in smart manufacturing, digital integration, or advanced industrial systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
