About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and tackling new challenges to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert guidance on solar racking and tracking systems, and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to learn quickly. While prior knowledge of solar racking and tracking systems is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
