Job Title: Cloud Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Representative to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Slack and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the success of our sales team. As a Cloud Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Representing the Slack platform and services to potential clients
  • Selling Slack and demonstrating its value to customers
  • Managing customer accounts and reducing churn
  • Negotiating contracts and product pricing
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Communicating with the software development team to relay customer feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce platforms
  • A strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • A solution/value selling approach
  • A proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • The ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
