
Senior Rare Diseases Marketing Leader

This strategic position represents an opportunity for experienced pharmaceutical marketing professionals who want to make a direct impact in one of the most specialized areas of the industry: Rare Diseases.
- Lead the development and execution of robust strategies to sustain performance, drive access, education, and generate long-term demand across key markets.
- Brand Development: Develop and execute the brand's annual marketing plan, leveraging patient journeys, competitive intelligence, data analytics and healthcare ecosystem insights.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure strong lifecycle management of the brand, maintaining a clear strategic roadmap for short-, mid- and long-term value generation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Digital, Legal, and Commercial to drive consistent and impactful implementation.
- Omnichannel Strategies: Lead omnichannel strategies and content excellence across platforms and stakeholders (including physicians, payers, and patient organizations).
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market dynamics and performance KPIs, applying a test-and-learn mindset to refine tactics and ensure agility.
- Patient Understanding: Foster a robust understanding of the patient pathway and build differentiated value propositions for each key segment.
- Financial Management: Manage promotional budget and forecast with financial discipline and strategic prioritization.
- Leadership: Act as brand champion in regional and global forums, contributing local perspectives and influencing the broader franchise direction.
- Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
