Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients across a wide range of legal issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in analyzing complex situations and developing effective solutions. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on all aspects of legal risk.
  • Analyze situations and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  • Support purchasing contracts by reviewing and negotiating agreements.
  • Partner with paralegals and other support staff to manage outside counsel and external resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies for purchasing contracts, commercial, and finance matters.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent English and Portuguese in verbal and written communications.
  • Experience:
  • +3 years of Corporate Legal Experience or Law Firms.
  • Certifications:
  • OAB certification active.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master or Post Graduation in Law, Litigation, and Contracts.
