Job Overview

Marex Group is a diversified global financial services platform providing essential liquidity, market access and infrastructure services to clients across energy, commodities and financial markets.

The Matthews Group division within Marex has a strong presence in the agriculture brokerage space globally. We service clients across various jurisdictions.

As an Onboarding Controller, you will work in a broad capacity across all onboarding, reporting and accounting operations for our division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer intake and keep brokers up-to-date with paperwork developments
  • Create and generate reports tracking revenues and customer activity
  • Oversee all TMG bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly profit/loss statements
  • Ensure financial data is well-kept and organized
  • Comply with regulatory requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges
  • Adhere to operational risk framework and ensure high standards of integrity and conduct
Requirements:
  • 2-10 years' experience in Onboarding/KYC/AML
  • Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of risk and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong accounting and financial knowledge
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency
