About the Role:
Mitel is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting HR at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit for multiple positions on an international scale, with a focus on LATAM.
- Develop sourcing strategies and produce target lists of candidates for current live roles.
- Actively search for candidates via internet, internal/external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, and systems.
- Track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy.
- Support the continuous improvement of our talent attraction methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + additional experience.
- 3+ years experience in a Recruiting environment.
- 2+ years experience in a HR professional setting.
- Proven track record of managing high workloads and delivering on difficult recruitment searches.
- Ability to drive end-to-end processes seamlessly from kick-off meetings to candidate interviews.
- Must be resourceful and take initiative, developing innovative solutions to filling difficult openings.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Must have exceptionally strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced English and preferred Spanish.
- Ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, while being highly customer-focused and collaborative.
