As a customer service leader, you will oversee a team of professionals in delivering top-notch support to clients. Your key responsibilities include monitoring and managing team performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring the team meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and monitor daily activities and performance metrics, including attendance, call handling, and quality standards.
- Track, report, and maintain metrics on quality, attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the team meets client obligations and handle escalated customer issues as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and administer corrective action when necessary.
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain high morale among team members to boost productivity.
- Model Asurion's core values and leadership principles.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in call center management or supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
