Lead Software Engineer Position Summary

This role involves overseeing the development of cutting-edge software solutions using design documentation and functional programming specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing identified components, ensuring they are properly documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing identified components.
  • Ensuring implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product.
  • Providing work estimates for assigned development work.
  • Guiding features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

Requirements:

  • Programming skills in .NET, ASP, VB6, Java, JavaScript, ReactJS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of legacy modernization strategies and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar).

Preferred Experience:

  • Multi-stack development across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
  • Legacy system migration and integration with modern applications.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.
