Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead and grow our sales teams in various cities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage city-based sales teams, focusing on team growth and performance enhancement.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies using data-driven insights to improve sales outcomes.
  • Maintain an end-to-end perspective, identify key issues, communicate feedback, integrate resources, and drive business expansion.
  • Manage diverse cultural teams, establish effective training mechanisms, and develop international business talent.
  • Systematize work experiences, extract methodologies, create standard operating procedures, and establish global business processes.
  • Develop execution plans, monitoring mechanisms, and control operations to ensure expected results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid background as a sales leader with experience managing large teams.
  • Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English for international communication and reporting.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, willingness to share experience, provide suggestions, and enhance team capabilities.
  • Open to relocation and working full-time in the office.
