Job Description

The Wealth Management Officer role is a key position within our organization, requiring a strong understanding of investment processes and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of investment portfolios, ensuring seamless execution of various portfolio-related tasks and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.

As a Wealth Management Officer, you will work closely with the Wealth Management team to achieve common goals and objectives. You will be responsible for assisting in collecting and organizing KYC/AML documentation for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and helping set up new client accounts and inputting information into systems.

Additional responsibilities include preparing and organizing client agreements, forms, and reporting documentation, monitoring and tracking client portfolio performance, updating data for internal analysis, and compiling trade blotters and providing accurate record-keeping of transactions.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, proactive behavior, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment while being willing to learn new skills.
