Develop Strategic Initiatives

A Strategy Integration Specialist will collaborate closely with the strategy leader and commercial leadership team to craft strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will analyze data and insights from multiple functions and stakeholders to identify regional opportunities and develop actionable levers at the market level.

Using a fact-based approach, the specialist will assess issues, develop initiatives, and focus on trade, sales force, and consumers to drive local/granular commercial strategy.

The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, develop key performance indicators, and achieve revenue goals while continuously assessing local capabilities to ensure execution plans are correctly supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and insights from multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Develop strategic initiatives and assessments
  • Focus on trade, sales force, and consumers
  • Identify business opportunities and develop key performance indicators

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial engineering, Economics or related field
  • +4 years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy/Business Intelligence/Operations related areas
  • Strong Microsoft skills, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
