We are seeking an innovative professional with experience in consulting firms, strategy, start-ups, or product management. You should have expertise in the healthcare industry and be fluent in both Portuguese and English. Strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

  • About This Role
  • This is a hands-on position that requires creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • You will work closely with the New Ventures team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape in Brazil and the U.S.
  2. Innovative Business Models: Identify and analyze innovative business models and players in the healthcare space.
  3. Opportunity Prioritization: Analyze, prioritize, and quantify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop short-term and long-term strategies for Gympass in the healthcare market.
  5. Implementation: Execute implementation plans, including building MVPs, engaging clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
